location Tigh-Na-Mairi holiday cottage is located in the heart of Scotland, Perthshire close to all major road links, yet set amidst the peaceful Ochil Hills at the South of the county midway between Stirling and Perth, with Edinburgh and St.Andrews accessible in under an hour. The cottage is situated well off the main road with a tarmac access and parking. The area offers many opportunities for outdoor pursuits such as hillwalking straight from the cottage door. There are miles of footpath to walk and 2000 acres of open access Woodland Trust land surrounding the cottage. The area offers a wide variety of loch and river fishing, with pony trekking and off road driving available in the glen and there are several local golf courses with Gleneagles just fifteen minutes away. |
